Recorded by Chicago for their 1988 album Chicago 19, with Bill Champlin (Peter Cetera had departed the band three years earlier) singing lead vocals, YOU’RE NOT ALONE was written by Jim Scott. The single peaked at number ten on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.

There are two versions of YOU’RE NOT ALONE: the album version and this radio remix. With the remix featuring significantly more guitar work by studio guitarist Dann Huff.
