L.T.D. stands for "Love, Togetherness and Devotion". And L.T.D. got their start as the backup band for Sam & Dave. Lead singer/ drummer Jeffrey Osborne would go on to a vibrant solo career beginning in the 1980s (including a singing appearance on TV's The Bachelor.)
